Dear Mr. Abhinav Bhamidipati With reference to our campus interview dated 15th May 2015 at your College MVGR College of Engineering, Vizianagaram, AP the management is pleased to inform you that you are selected as Site Engineer (Survey) for our Survey projects. On the following terms & conditions, detailed offer letter shall be issued to you, at the time of your joining at our designated project location, subject to your fulfilling joining formalities.

Joining Date: The date of joining will be 9th July (Tuesday). You will be intimated 1 week prior about joining location & joining formalities from the company. Training & Probation Period: You will be on training cum probation period for six months. You will be confirmed upon successful completion of probation period, and you will be given appropriate increment based on your satisfactory performance during your training period. Salary: You will be getting a CTC of INR 1.44 Lakh Per Annum during the training period. Stipend amount per month is consolidated figure meaning inclusive of all. You will not get anything extra during the training period. Targets: Initially a work target of either 30 Units/Property or 200 POIs per day will be assigned to you to achieve the above said salary, depend upon project assigned to you. Shortfall of achieving the given work target will lead to deduction in monthly salary. The above target can be change by management depending upon site condition and you need to abide by the given targets. Security Deposit: You need to furnish a security deposit of Rs.10,000/- in form of DD/Cheque towards Security Deposit of Survey KIT provided you at the time of your joining on refundable basis. The amount shall be refunded without interest on your completion of the training period.

Salary Date: You will get your salary transferred into your bank account on last working day of every month. Boarding & Lodging Cost: Boarding & Lodging cost is to be borne by the candidate. Joining Formalities: You will be submitting following documents at the time of your joining without fail. 1. Certificate of Qualifications, 2. Date of Birth 3. Photo Id proof 4. Four Passport size color photographs 5. Address Proof 6. Two References 7. Security Deposit
