No.: NSE/LIST/C/2016/0527 To all Members, Sub : Suspension of trading in Equity Shares of Zylog Systems Limited for non-compliance with SEBI (LODR) Regulation, 2015 Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI circular no. CIR/CFD/CMD/12/2015 dated November 30, 2015 with respect to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for suspension and revocation of trading of shares of listed entities for non-compliance of certain regulations of SEBI (LODR) Regulation, 2015; it is hereby informed that trading in Equity Shares of Zylog Systems Limited will be suspended w.e.f July 29, 2016 on account of non-compliance with Reg. 27 (2) of SEBI (LODR) Regulation, 2015 for two consecutive quarters i.e., December 31, 2015 and March 31, 2016. The entire promoter shareholding of Zylog Systems Limited shall be freezed w.e.f. July 07, 2016 till further notice. In case, Zylog Systems Limited complies with respective requirement/s including payment of fines on or before July 25, 2016 (five days before the proposed date of suspension), the trading in Equity Shares of the said companies will not be suspended. However, in case the aforesaid companies fail to comply with the provisions of SEBI (LODR) Regulation, 2015 on or before July 25, 2016 then: · Trading in the Equity Shares of the companies would be suspended w.e.f. July 29, 2016 and the suspension will continue till such time the Company complies including the payment of fine. · 15 days after suspension has been effected, trading in the shares of non-compliant companies would be allowed on Trade for Trade basis in (Series “BZ”) on the first trading day of every week for six months.
