Queen’s Birthday Holiday – Monday 5 June – School Closed Just a reminder that School will be closed on Monday 5 June for the Queen’s Birthday holiday. Fun Maths Evening – Thank You! Wow, what a fantastic fun maths evening last night. Thank you for attending and supporting your child with their maths learning. Thank you to Helen Luga for organising the evening and to the staff for supporting her. A huge thank you to Stacy Walker who made up the lovely maths packs that you got to take home. Keep an eye out for our next fun evening. Photos from last night are on our facebook page. Final Assembly for Mr Stacy Taylor Tomorrow the children farewell Mr Taylor at our assembly that will be at 1.55 p.m. Please feel free to join us at this assembly. Polyfest 2017 Our students – approximately 40 – will be performing in the annual Polyfest at the Walter Nash Centre on Tuesday 04 July 2017. Tickets are now on sale from the school office at $5.00 per ticket. We have been given an allocation of tickets so be in quick to get your tickets – Remember last year it sold out very quickly!!!!! Belmont School Visit Yesterday a small group of Belmont students came to visit our Kapahaka/Pasifika group. I received a lovely email from the Principal, Robyn Thomson. Talofa lava Tania Thank you and your team so very much for having us today. We all loved it! The kids were absolutely buzzing on the way back to school. I will be in touch as to how we might be able to move forward with this little venture. Your Cultural group leaders were amazing and we felt so welcome. Thank you again!

School Cross-Country Results We were so lucky with the weather at our school cross country last Thursday. Thank you to the parents that came to support the children running and who helped out with the sausage sizzle for lunch. Well done to all children who participated in the event.
