Goals and Objectives - At the end of the presentation the learner should be able to identify: 1. Explain the importance of first-pass success in emergency intubation 2. Understand the role that oxygenation plays in difficult airway prediction 3. List three approaches to pre-oxygenation 4. Describe the role of apneic nasal oxygenation during emergency airway management 5.
