1. India has received financing from the Asian Development Bank toward the cost of Bihar Power System Improvement Project. Part of this financing is will be used for payments under the contract named below. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of the ADB. 2. The Bihar State Power Transmission Company Limited, (BSPTCL, the Purchaser) a subsidiary company of Bihar State Power Holding Company Limited, invites online tenders from Bidders of eligible source countries of the ADB for the procurement and installation of below mentioned package.

To purchase the bidding documents in English, eligible Bidders should:  

Register with BELTRON e-procurement website www.eproc.bihar.gov.in The Invitation for Bid (IFB) and Bid documents shall remain available at website www.eproc.bihar.gov.in during the bidding period and the same can be downloaded and used for submitting the Bids. However, the cost of bid document mentioned in the IFB has to be paid in the form of Demand Draft issued in favour of “AO, BSPTCL” payable at Patna with the bid. Bid Processing Fee is to be paid through online mode i.e. Internet Payment Gateway (Credit/Debit Card), Net Banking, NEFT/RTGS. BSPTCL will not be responsible for the delay/ non-submission of Bid / Non Reconciliation of online Payment caused due to Non-availability of Internet Connection, Network Traffic/ Holidays or any other reason. Bidders should watch the website for Corrigendum/ Addendum to the IFB/ Bid documents and there will not be any separate correspondence about the same. The cost of Bid document and Bid processing fee are non-refundable.
