Dogpatch Labs Accelerating the development of Ireland’s Tech Ecosystem We have been home to many of Ireland’s fastest growing tech companies including Intercom, Boxever & CoderDojo. Over the last 2 years we have grown to 35+ companies & 300+ residents. Our partnerships with Ulster Bank & Google have provided us with the stepping stones to building a platform to facilitate collaboration between Ireland’s best startups, corporates and developer communities. We run events weekly throughout the year - last year we hosted 150+ developer meetups which brought in over 7,000 members of the tech community.

Experience Events that inspire, motivate & connect people Events are an important & exciting aspect of what we do. We’ve hosted some of the biggest global brands to host activities from team off-sites to immersion programmes to hackathons and demo days. Our experienced events team are immersed in the tech and startup community and will make sure your event is an unforgettable experience!! Our team of event creatives will work with you to take care of every aspect of planning your event, from logistics, to event production, catering and technical support (photography and videography on request)

Tech Meetups Supporting developer, design & educational meetups We have gradually become a central hub for a number of micro-communities - a space which enables a platform for developers, designers & entrepreneurs the chance to collaborate and to make connections. These meetup groups are led by volunteers who are key influencers in the community - who want to share their knowledge and collaborate to continue the growth of the meetup community. We have built close relationships with our regular meetups, to enable help them to grow and to create new groups along the way.

Youth in Tech Supporting kids coding classes & educating young developers in tech

CoderDojo is now global volunteer-led community of free programming clubs for young people across 60 countries. Every fortnight, Coderdojo run regular kids coding sessions. We support activities which are helping to train and educate the world’s future generations in the increasingly important skills of computer programming. We have run a broad spectrum of kids events over the last year to include the Coderdojo Coolest Projects Launch, Rails Girls, 20 under 20 & Coder Girl Hack Day.

Women in Tech Supporting the female entrepreneur and developer community

We host some of the leading women in tech meetups and are home to many female-led fast developing technology companies here in Dogpatch. Every month we actively hold mentoring sessions and workshops that bring together some of Ireland’s most diverse meetups to collaborate and grow together. Exposure with developer groups and meetups which have a focus on diversity ensures thinking is inclusive, representative and ready for the 21st century business environment.

The Urban Garden Our dedicated community, hot desking & workshop space The Urban Garden is the perfect place for demo days, workshops and hackathons. With it’s flexible interior and 8,000 square feet of space, it provides an inspiring atmosphere which accommodates up to 200 people. This unique, bright & airy space is set up with hot desking areas, workshop pods, a chill out & games area and complete with a bar and community kitchen. Demo Day Take your startups to the stage For many startups, this could be their first time pitching in front of an audience - which for many can be life changing. Over the last year, we have helped various accelerators to create the perfect event for their startups, investors and audience. We help you to coordinate the event in full, to making sure your speakers are prepped for the stage to ensuring your brand is well positioned within a world class set up in our Urban Garden. Hackathon Host in a space to create & innovate To create a powerful hackathon requires a great deal of planning, connectivity & an excess amount of extension leads. We see great value in hosting major events like this in our Urban Garden. The Urban Garden offers a unique, upbeat experience for multiple day events like hackathons - with extensive space, flexible furniture and with HD audio & visual systems.
