The above-named personnel shall coordinate all the necessary logistical and substantive preparations, arrangements and implementations for the said event starting from 01 August 2013 to 31 May 2014. All travels of the abovementioned personnel shall likewise be on official time and all travel expenses shall be reimbursable chargeable against the account released for the purpose of this event starting also from 01 August 2013 to 31 May 2014. Further, since the said event is in addition to the regular functions of the above-named officials and personnel, they shall be entitled to receive honoraria based on and pursuant to the DBM Budget Circular No. 2007-2 dated 01 October 2007 chargeable against the funds released for the purpose. They shall likewise be provided with appropriate dress code allowance during the four day event, preparatory coordination meeting expenses and actual communication expenses like cellular phone load chargeable against the funds released for the purpose of this event. All orders, issuances and instructions contrary to or inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed, modified or revoked and all concerned shall be guided accordingly. This Order shall take effect immediately.
