All information has been sent out and the hotel is fully booked for Torquay! Members who are attending please ensure you have your membership forms in the office ASAP in order to get your cards and not risk missing the deadline of Friday 27th March 2015

The YFYFC County Office will be closing on the 23rd December and re-opening on the 5th January. Any emails and phone calls during this time will be answered as soon as possible upon our return.

MEMBERSHIP CARDS All membership forms MUST be signed by the treasurer and come from the treasurer and cards will be returned to the treasurer. Membership cards will be made up in County Office. Please ensure your photo is clearly labelled with your name. Individuals cannot collect membership cards from the office. County office NEED a photo for Replacement cards.

Easy Fundraising In order to help the federation out, whenever you are shopping online please set an easy fundraising account up and at no extra cost to yourselves money will be donated to the Yorkshire Federation of Young Farmers. Boroughbridge Charity Calendar The calendars are £10 each and all money raised will be going towards the club funds and also to R.A.B.I.

2015 Handbook The 2015 handbooks will be available to collect from the January executive meeting. Please ensure a representative from your club is there to collect these.

DBS Checks Jane Burnell is continuing to visit clubs to do DBS checks. Therefore when she gets in touch please be accommodating and ensure everyone remembers their information at the designated time.
