2. Subordinating Conjunctions Menggabungkan kalimat dependen (kalimat yang tidak bisa berdiri sendiri) ke kalimat inti (main clause). Contoh: although, because, as, before, if, both ….

Contoh kalimat dengan Subordinating Conjunctions:  Ahmad was afraid because he saw a ghost.  If you switch on the current, the room will be bright.

Makna Conjunctions 1. Contrast of ideas: but; and yet; though; although. He is intelligent but lazy. 2. Choice/absence of choice: or; either … or; neither … nor
