Dear Sir, Background: Retail Outlets (ROs) is one of the biggest business activities of IOC and the stakeholders in the Maharatna Govt Company – people at large / shareholders – would be curious to know the performance of the Retail Sales Department & also on Social Objectives met by the Central PSU. With this in mind, following information on Annual Target & actual Achievement for Commissioning of ROs, for different Categories of Applicants such as Open / SC / ST / OBC / Freedom Fighter / War Widow / Physically Handicapped etc., as are routinely advertised by IOC in the newspapers, is requested under the Right to Information Act 2005 for the period of last Annual Performance Appraisal Year that was already over & the annual performance evaluated. 1. Categorywise Annual Target & the actual Achievement for commissioning of the Retail Outlets in respect of each of the Divisional Managers under the Gujarat State Office of IOC. 2. Categorywise Annual Target & the actual Achievement for commissioning of the Retail Outlets in respect of the Retail Sales Head of the Gujarat State Office of IOC. 3. Categorywise Annual Target & the actual Achievement for commissioning of the Retail Outlets in respect of the Retail Sales Head of IOC (Marketing Division). Necessary application fee of Rs 10/- is paid herewith. RTI information is sought in larger public interest as spelled out above.
