MONTCLAIR CONFERENCES Fall 2017 Dear Parents/Guardians, Conferences are a great way to discuss what your student has been learning this year. Our Fall Conference appointments will be made during the following times: Thursday, October 12, 4:15 – 8:15 p.m. Tuesday, October 17, 4:15 p.m.- 8:15 p.m. Thursday, October 19, 8:00 a.m.—12:00 p.m. Instrumental teachers will be at Montclair for conferences: Mrs. Ferguson (Strings), Thu. Oct. 12 4:20-6:00. At Montclair we use a conference scheduling program called PickAtime. Visit the website at: https://pickatime.com/client?ven=11607274&event=312477
The website will be available beginning Friday, September 29 at 3:00 p.m. and will close Sunday, October 8 at 11:59 p.m. Important Details Conferences are scheduled for 15 minutes only. One 15 minute conference time per student. If you have more than one student at Montclair, please try to schedule conferences with 15 minutes in between each conference, in the event that a conference schedule gets backed up. If your student’s conference includes Mrs. Brokaw, Mr. Clark, Mrs. Moody, Mrs. Becker, Mrs. Reger and/or Mrs. Reid, an appointment may have been scheduled for your student and their siblings. If a scheduled time is pre-arranged, you will be contacted. Register (new users) Enter your email address and push “Login/Create Account”. (There is an option to type in if you don’t have an email address) Fill in the required fields and register. For each child, STUDENT ID IS FIRST AND LAST NAME (e.g. Monty Smith) and birth date (e.g. mm/dd/yy). Sign In If you’ve previously registered, all you need to do is enter your email and password. If you have forgotten your password, you can select the “Forgot Password” button and a new password will be emailed to you. Scheduling Each colored square represents an available meeting time. The legend shows you which teacher corresponds to which color. (Note: You will not see all of the teachers at your school, just the set of teachers with which your child has class.) Click on a square to book that time. Click “Create Appointment”. Repeat until you have a time for each child. Reminders At any time you can click on “printable schedule” and print the resulting web page to get a hard copy of your schedule.
