AAIS 20TH BIENNAL MEETING – CAMEROON – 27 –31 October 2013 The Executive Committee of the AAIS and the Local Organising Committee cordially invite you to participate in this conference, which will be held in Yaoundé, Cameroon. The conference will provide a forum for effective communication and exchange of information and ideas between participants on various aspects of insect science, and promote advancement and dissemination of knowledge relevant to the needs of Africa.

REGISTRATION  Registration fees cover attendance at all sessions, the  welcome reception, congress dinner, morning and  l i di i d afternoon tea,  airport transfers, transfers between  designated hotels and conference venue. Cost of Registration

LANGUAGES The languages for the conference will be English and French. French Simultaneous translation services will be provided. SUBMISSION OF ABSTRACTS Abstracts should be sent to the Hon. Secretary of the AAIS (Email: [email protected], [email protected], [email protected]) not later than 30th June 2013(deadline). SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION PROCESS Notification of acceptance of contributions will be made by the end of July 2013. Abstracts (in English or French) should not exceed 300 words. POSTERS The presentations on posters will be made on a surface of 90 cm x 90 cm. All the text should be readable at a distance of 2 meters.
