League playoff extravaganzas start Feb. 5th and end prior to the Feb. break.
League Information All games start at 3:55 +/or 5:00 (the first and/or second game may start sooner if both teams arrive early). To avoid BYES, one school per week will play two games in that week. If a school is unable to host on the dates or times shown, please change to your satisfaction and let Ron S. know of that change. This could happen when schools have Xmas concerts, band concerts or other conflicts. Schools hosting a tournament should contact all invited school at your discretion. Please inform Ron S. of your intention to host a tournament and medal costs may be subsidized. All referee costs may be covered by an entry fee or it becomes the responsibility of the host school(s). Results need to be emailed or faxed to Ron. Booking or Arranging Officials (options) 1. Have a capable staff member +/or student to ref your home games or find a person outside your school that can commit to being an official. Compensation is the home team responsibility. The P4A payment amount is lower than “carded” officials through the referee association. Two school refs (recommended @ $20 each/game, solo $35). 2. To request a city official, contact Jackie Packet @
[email protected]. Jackie handles the assigning of officials for the PA Association. Costs will be released at a later date. To book a PA association official you will need to email Jackie on or before Thursday of the week prior to play. She will then do her best to assign an official to your game(s). She does not take late booking requests so please follow her rules in this regard. If you need an official for the whole season, you should do this at your earliest convenience by emailing her and providing all necessary dates. Your school should always have a “back up” plan if an official does not show up. If you plan on attending, bring your own whistle and a pair of court shoes as it will be as practical as possible. More coaches and students should be trained to referee as there is a shortage of officials in the PA area. Payment for PA refs goes via Jackie and she will clarify those aspects for you.

-Senior Men: $100.00 -High School (9/10 Minute quarters) $100.00 -High School Gr. 9/10: (8 minute quarters) $80.00 -Grade 6/7 and 7/8: (5, 6 or 7 minute quarters) $60.00 -Grade 6/7 and 7/8—solo official $45
**Mileage and Meal: $0.50 per km and $12.00 **Tournaments will be paid out as they occur.
