Dogpatch Labs Located in the iconic CHQ Building in the heart of Dublin’s ‘Silicon Docks’, we are at the heart of the Irish tech and startup ecosystem. We’re home to 35 companies and over 250 Members representing 20+ nationalities. Dogpatch Labs has been home to many of Ireland’s fastest growing technology companies including Intercom, Logentries, Boxever, Profitero & CoderDojo. Community At the centre of the startup ecosystem By partnering with corporates we are building a world-class platform to facilitate collaboration between Ireland’s best startups, developer communities and corporates. Dogpatch Labs is the most active startup event space in Ireland. Last year we hosted 150+ grassroots meetups and workshops with over 7,000 members of the tech community attending throughout the year.

Events & Programs Events are an important part of our business, and we’ve worked with some of the biggest global brands supporting activities from off-sites to week long immersion programmes and large scale hackathons. Our experienced events team are immersed in the tech and startup community, and we’ll work hard to make sure your event is really special. Hosting events is central to what we do and our space is open to all stakeholders in the tech ecosystem. We are also host to a number of corporate innovation events which are key to helping to support the Irish tech ecosystem.

Meetup Groups

Supporting Ireland’s vibrant community of meetups is core to our mission. We strive to be the central pillar of the Irish tech ecosystem and to support the spirit of collaboration across the community. Overview Dogpatch Labs is the meeting place for a huge number of micro-communities providing them with an events space and a platform to give developers, designers and entrepreneurs the chance to learn, collaborate and to make connections. These growing number of diverse groups are lead by volunteers who are key influencers in the developer community, for which Dogpatch Labs is the number 1 meeting point of choice. Diversity & Inclusion: Young Coders & Entrepreneurs Dogpatch Labs provides a supporting learning environment for young developer groups with a focus on peer-teaching, youth mentoring and self led learning. Overview Placing an emphasis on young developers is in the social fabric at Dogpatch. We are glad to support activities which are helping to train and educate the world’s future generations in the increasingly important skills of computer programming. Dogpatch gives a certain amount of its desks to social enterprises for free (not linked to any corporate partner). CoderDojo CoderDojo was set up by an Irish entrepreneur, James Whelton when he was just 18 years old. It is now global volunteer-led community of free programming clubs for young people between 7 and 17, across 60 countries. CoderDojo was one of the first residents in Dogpatch. It continues to be main driver in educating young developers with an emphasis on showing how coding is a force for change in the world.

The Vaults Our dedicated meeting & events space, located in a redeveloped 200 year old former wine & whiskey storehouse beneath our co-working offices. The Vaults comprises over 8,000 square feet including a 100 seat theatre, 3 Board Rooms, 3 meeting rooms, breakout space & a bar. The Urban Garden The Urban Garden is the perfect place for demo days, workshops and hackathons. With it’s flexible interior and 8,000 square feet of space, it provides an inspiring atmosphere which accommodates up to 200 people. This unique, bright & airy space is set up with hot desking areas, workshop pods, a chill out & games area and complete with a bar and community kitchen.
