Program Title
Tutorial Program for Elite Athletes
Objectives
To enhance the academic performance of elite athletes
Deliverables
Attend tutorial lesson (1.5‐2 hr per week) 1) All elite athletes were informed about the arrangement of tutorial at the beginning of the term and they were welcome to apply for the tutorial class according to their own need 2) Some athletes approached P.E. Department about the arrangement of tutorial class, but turn down afterwards due to time clash with their daily training schedule

Program Title
Annual P.E. Training Camp
Objectives
To provide P.E. core training items for senior form elective students so that they will learn practical skills through examination and certification and to enhance their collaboration skills, team spirit and other skills in different key learning areas. Outdoor activities included aquatic sports (canoeing and windsurfing), hiking, group activities and outdoor cooking etc.

4 days and 3 nights in Jong Hing Water Sports Centre in Sai Kung
Evaluation
1) 40 students participated in the activity and 1 student dropped out due to shoulder injury in advance. 2) All students (40 in four groups) were attentive and cooperative, they were able to complete all tasks according to preset scheduled. 3) The weather was unstable throughout the 4 days. 4) The cooking competitions in 1st and 2nd nights were completed with good planning and organizing skills under the supervision and leadership of 4 group leaders. 5) All students were able to obtain the certificates in canoeing and windsurfing courses. 6) The distance of hiking activity on day 2 was appropriate after amendment due to unstable weather. Most of the students went back to the centre at around 4:00pm. 7) Morning exercise on day 3 was conducted as scheduled.

Discursive Design Workshop

The course goes through a discursive design project with students, from research to final execution. It interweaves with several of lectures, which P. 2 / 3

Students nominated by Visual Arts teachers of S.4 and S.5 based on the performance demonstrated in Visual Arts lessons

Evaluation
1. The attendance of students was high (93.7%) 2. Very good feedback received on the students’ exhibits in the Exhibition. 3. Reviewing the student achievement and the performance of the course provider, it is recommended to offer a similar programme in the next year.
Elite Program on Critical Thinking and Writing Skills

Evaluation
The attendance was 96%. It was considered satisfactory as it was held during summer vacation. Feedbacks from teachers were good and students were engaged actively in writing tasks and peer evaluation. Students found the materials useful and practical. Teacher also found their method of teaching essay interesting and stimulating.
