In order to clearly infom1 ·the general public of the government's noninfrastructure programs/projects/activities (PPAs), Section 2.2.4 of COA Circular No. 2013-004 is hereby amended to read as follows: 2.2.4

For non-infrastructure PP As, such as but not limited to medical and dental missions; distribution of relief goods and services; feeding programs; sports,· athletic, and cultural/social events; employment and livelihood fairs and training; workshops and seminars; office anniversary celebrations, a tarpaulin signboard similar to item 2.2.3 above may be displayed at the project site, but not to exceed 3 ft by 4 ft. Project Details may be omitted for PPA not exceeding 5 days; however, the start and end dates must be specified. Tarpaulin sigt;;boards may also be aUowed during parades, but not to exceed-~ ft by 12 ft, and as backdrop during seminars/ workshops/ trainings and inter-agency assemblies/ meetings, or similar activities with fifty (50) or more members or participants b'ut not to exceed 8 ft by 8 ft.

This Circular shall· take effect after fifteen ( 15) days from newspaper of general circJiation.
