Duly filled Registration form, License form and proof for payment of registration fees (copy of DD/ on line transfer details) to be submitted by mail to [email protected]

 Registration confirmation mail from the organizer (in a day or two from the receipt of forms)  Schedule of various sessions ( 15th Feb.2017)  Conference (2nd March.2017 – 4th March.2017)  All the presented papers will be submitted to Elsevier for publication in Energy Procedia. (4th April.2017)  Technical screening by Elsevier to check the suitability of submitted papers.  The authors will be intimated if any changes to be incorporated and will be given, 30 days of time for the same.

 If the papers found unsuitable, it will be submitted to other journals (Indian Journal of Science and Technology/ Springer’s Technology and Economics of Smart Grids and Sustainable Energy) if the author wishes to do so.
