Reclassification of the municipalities of the province of Pangasinan in a^oordance with the provisions of Presidential Decree No. 465.
Pursuant to Section 5 of Presidential Decree No. 465, the following municipalities of the provi}ace of Pangasinan are hereby reclassified, effective July 1, 1974, on the basis of their average annual inoooe realized during the last four consecutive fiscal years (1971-1974) as certified to by-the Honorable Acting Chairman, Commission on Audit, under his letter dated June 30, 1975: Municipalities Agno Aguilar / Alaminos / Alcala / Anda 3 /

The foregoing classification than be the basis for determining the maximum amounts expendable for salaries and wages of municipal officials and employees, representation allowances, administrative aids and other statutory contributions in the adoption of their/ respective annual Indgets beginning with fiscal year 1974-'75, as we11. as the fixing of the tax ceilings as provided for under Section 19(A-3) 3of the Local Tax Code, as amended. Notwithstanding, however, the new reclassification as herein provided, the annual salary rates of the municipal officials shall be determined and fixed according yo the ma, ci.mum rates prescribed under Republic.Acts numbered 6090 and 6414 on the basis of the official classification of the municipalities as of Jun; 30, 1973, in line with Section 8/6:C Presidential Decree No. 465.
