DEPARTRiLNT ORDER NO. 4?-93 August 18, 1993 To provide the following graduates of the Records Management Seminar the opportunity to apply the learnings acquired, they shall be assigned to the Task Force that shall undertake records disposition at the Central Records Management Division: 1. Anita Cabadin Records Officer I, CRMD 2. Ferdinand Doria Human Resource Management Assistant Personnel Services Division 3. Vicenta Ligoy Clerk I. General Services Division The Task Force shall be supervised by Ms. Carmen C. Nepacina, Chief, CRMD and shall have the following functions: 1. Retrieval of Binders/Folders from rack/ filing cabinets; 2. Unbinding and segregation of current, non-current and valueless records; - current for refiling with current files - non-current for rebinding and transfer to storage - valueless for bundling and transfer to "bodega" pending final disposal 3. Recording of disposal non-current records (code, document title and inclusive years); 4. Listing of valueless records on "Request for authority to Dispose Form; and 5. Alphabetical arranging of files in rack/ cabinet per document classification.
This Order takes effect immediately and all concerned shall be guided accordingly.
