For the purpose of collating and publishing in regular form all relevant statutes, presidential decrees, memorandum-circulars, regulations and other matters of similar import as an aid to City, Provincial and Municipal Treasurers in the efficient and effective management and operation of local government treasuries, as yell as for easy reference by the general public, there is hereby created a Special Committee composed of the followings Mr. Ruben P. Macspinlac, Senior Special Assistant to the secretary of Finance, Qiaimman; Mr. Roberto B. Millen, Chief Information Officer II, Vice-Chairman; Mr. Connrado Sabater, Chief, Real Property Tax Division; Mr. Rosendo 0..Magno, Chief Supervising Treasurer; Mr. Rosualdo Manale, Acting Chief, Local Tax Advisory Board, members.
In the preparation and editing of the said materials in proper form for publication, the special Committee is authorized to call upon the cooperation and assistance of the Press Office and other proper officials and personnel under this Department for the successful accomplishment of this project. The Special Committee shall immediately get organized and complete the job of compilation and editing for publication before December 31, 1976. Ill concerned are requested to be guided accordingly.
