authorized to invite, thru its Chairman, competent authorities for consultations. The Committee shall meet immediately upon the call of the Chairman and it shall submit its findings and recommendations to the Secretary of Finance on or before June 20, 1976. The Chairman and Members of the Committee shall be entitled to per diems and transportation expenses that may be incurred in connection herewith, chargeable against the corresponding appropriation of the agencies concerned, and subject to the usual accounting and audit regulations.
