All Registered Owners of Private Automobiles and Others Concerned. Supplementing Department Order No. 4-76.

SECTION 1. 'Definition of Sports Car. - Sr its car 'refers to a high-powered vehicle, usually a two seater, especially manufactured for speed. /Sec. 8 (a) R.A.-No. •413.6, as amended by P.D. No. 84)7. The cars enumerated in Annex A hereof and similar cars shall be deemed sports.cars. SECTION 2. Schedule of Values. - The prescribed tax rate for sports cars 1 1/2%) shall apply to the schedule of values set forth in Annex B hereof. SECTION 3. Schedule of Ad Valorem (Eher y) Tax. Sports cars shall be subject to the ad valorem energy) tax under Annex C which establishes the schedule of tax and which together with Annexes A and B form an integrnl part of this Department Order. S^CTION 4. Collector's or Vintage Cars. 1lector's or vintage cars shall be subject to SEVEN.Y FIVE PESOS (€R75.0o) energy or ad valorem tax. For this purpose collector's items refer to discontinued car models at least thirty (30) years old which are not used-for ordinary travel but which are preserved primarily for car shows, exhibitions, demonstrations or special occasions, without having undergone substantial change as to engine or body. SECTION 5. Effectivity. - This Order shall take effect immediately.
