WITTENBERG SELECTED TO BOULDER CHAMBER COMMUNITY AFFAIRS COUNCIL DENVER (January 11, 2017) – Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce the selection of Snell & Wilmer partner Daniel S. Wittenberg to the Boulder Chamber’s Community Affairs Council (CAC). Wittenberg was unanimously selected for a one-year term as a member of the CAC by the Chamber’s Board of Directors. The CAC is an advisory committee to the Board of Directors of the Boulder Chamber. It identifies the issues most critical to the Boulder Chamber’s member businesses and organizations and recommends policies supportive of business formation, recruitment, and retention as well as innovation, entrepreneurship and quality of life. “I am grateful for the opportunity to be a part of the CAC and work with other members as advocates for individuals and businesses in the Boulder community,” Wittenberg said. “I look forward to discussing local issues and opportunities, and to be a part of collective efforts representative of the Chamber’s communal values.”

Wittenberg is co-chair of the firm’s Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Industry Group. For nearly 25 years, he has counseled life science, pharmaceutical, medical technology, healthcare product and consumer product companies in formulating creative, effective and efficient solutions to problems in litigation, non-litigation and regulatory settings. Wittenberg also serves the life science and medical technology community through his active involvement on the board of directors for the Colorado BioScience Association. In the community, Wittenberg is a member of the Boulder Economic Council, and previously participated in the Leadership Boulder program. He graduated from the University of Colorado, Boulder, and earned his J.D. from the Sturm College of Law at the University of Denver.
