The expenditure on the Dearness Allowance to the employees of Municipalities, Municipal Corporations and Agricultural Market Committees shall be met from their own funds.

The expenditure on the Dearness Allowance to the employees of Agricultural Market Committees shall be met from their own funds and the expenditure on payment of DA to employees of Municipalities, Municipal Corporations except GHMC, GVMC and VMC shall be made through Treasuries under Detailed Head 010Salaries and to the Head of Account 2071 Pensions in respect of retired employees as per G.O.Ms.No.300, M.A.&U.D.(G1)Department, dated 2-5-2009.
