Homemade Pizza Sauce INGREDIENTS: 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste 6 fluid ounces warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C) 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese 1 teaspoon minced garlic 2 tablespoons honey 1 teaspoon anchovy paste (optional) 3/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano 1/4 teaspoon dried marjoram 1/4 teaspoon dried basil 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper 1/8 teaspoon dried red pepper flakes salt to taste
DIRECTIONS: 1. In a small bowl, combine tomato paste, water, Parmesan cheese, garlic, honey, anchovy paste, onion powder, oregano, marjoram, basil, ground black pepper, cayenne pepper, red pepper flakes and salt; mix together, breaking up any clumps of cheese. 2. Sauce should sit for 30 minutes to blend flavors; spread over pizza dough and prepare pizza as desired.

Pizza Dough Yields two 13″ pizzas 3 cups bread flour 2 tsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. instant yeast 1-1/3 cup ice water 1 Tbsp. olive oil 1.5 tsp. salt Combine the flour, sugar, and yeast in the bowl. Add the ice water through the feed tube and mix until combined. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes. Add the oil and salt to the dough; hand-mix until the dough forms a smooth, tacky ball that clears the sides of the bowl, about 30 seconds. Remove the dough and knead briefly on a lightly oiled work surface (about 1 minute). Transfer to a lightly oiled bowl, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 24 hours and up to 3 days. (After the period of refrigeration, the dough can be wrapped and frozen for later use.) Moroccan/Mediterranean Pizza Ingredients: 1/8 cup extra virgin olive oil ( for the garlic sauce) 3 garlic cloves (for the garlic sauce) 1 small eggplant, sliced thinly 1 zucchini, sliced thinly 1/2-1 onion, sliced 1 red chilli, diced 1 yellow chilli, diced ¼ cup mixed pitted olives, sliced in half 1/2 cup feta cheese 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese olive oil oregano and fresh mint to taste Directions: 1Puree ingredients for garlic sauce in a blender and store in a small covered jar. 2Top dough crust with garlic sauce, mozzarella cheese, feta cheese, olives, onion and the rest of the toppings. Drizzle with oil. 3Bake in preheated 500° F oven on pizza stone for 8-10 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbly. 4Remove from oven and cool on a wire rack for 2-3 minutes before cutting into wedges and serving.

Margherita 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, plus extra to grease pan Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper 1 (8-ounce) ball fresh mozzarella, water drained 1/2 bunch fresh basil leaves Homemade Pizza Sauce 1)Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Put a jelly roll pan or a half sheet pan in the oven. 2)Take the preheated jelly roll pan out of the oven and drizzle some olive oil over the entire surface. Stretch the pizza dough out so it is just bigger than the pan, then lay it inside the pan, so the dough comes up the sides to form a crust on the rim. Smear with tomato sauce then tear up the mozzarella and scatter it evenly over the top of the pie. Tear the basil leaves, spread them over the top and drizzle with a little more olive oil. Give it a final season with salt and pepper, to taste, then bake in the hot oven until golden and bubbly, about 15 to 18 minutes 3) Remove from the oven, cut into slices and serve. Taco Pizza Cilantro Pesto 1 bundle cilantro 1 jalapeno 2 cloves garlic 1/4 cup olive oil 1 lemon salt & pepper to taste Directions: Into your food processor, blend the garlic and jalapeño. Then add cilantro, lemon juice. Blend. Then through the spout, slowly drizzle the olive oil. This should help the paste turn into a creamier consistency. Season with salt and pepper. Toppings Seasoned black beans 1 roma tomato 1 pack Queso Fresco 1 Onion Hot sauce Directions: Spread on cilantro pesto, add chopped vegetables, sprinkle beans, crumble cheese, and drizzle with hot sauce.

Thai Pizza Peanut Sauce 2 garlic gloves, minced 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced 5 tablespoons peanut butter 2 tablespoons honey 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar 1 tablespoon soy sauce Red pepper flakes to taste 1. Combine garlic, ginger, peanut butter, honey, vinegar, soy sauce and pepper flakes in a bowl. 2. Microwave until peanut butter is melted. 3. Mix well with a whisk. Pizza Toppings 1 red bell pepper, sliced 2 green onions, chopped 1 carrot, chopped 1 cup bean sprouts ½ cup cilantro, chopped 1 cup mozzarella, grated 1. 2. 3.
Spread peanut sauce evenly over the rolled out dough. Add the pepper, onion, carrot, bean sprouts, and cilantro on top. Sprinkle with cheese and bake.
Hawaii Ingredients: 2 cups mozzarella 1/2 cup chicken 1/2 cup fresh pineapple 1/4 cup red pepper, chopped 1/4 chopped scallions 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro (optional) Directions: Top pizza crust with cheese and all the toppings except the cilantro. Bake directly on the rack, in an oven preheat to 400 degrees, until the cheese become bubbly, about 16-18 minutes. Remove and cool slightly before serving with a sprinkling of fresh chopped cilantro.
