The division/school will create a Professional Development Plan format to include professional developments related to teaching and student learning outcomes, a “Look For” monitoring process to ensure the professional development learning is used in the classroom, and a procedure for providing explicit feedback to teachers on their use of the professional development. The Principal will provide feedback to teachers on professional development strategies observed during formal/informal observations based on observable evidence.
