Lida Farm CSA Order Form Thanks for your interest in becoming a member of our CSA. If you’d like to join for the 2017 season, please fill out the information below for our records and send in with your payment. We are moving to drop sites this year which is a change from the door-to-door delivery we’ve done in the past.

Payment:
We ask for half of the share price in the spring when you sign up to reserve your spot with the other half due midseason. If you are in a position to pay in full, we’d appreciate it. If some other kind of payment plan works better for you, let us know; we’re flexible. Logistics:
Boxes will be available for pick up on Friday afternoons at the farm and all sites with the exception of Fergus Falls where boxes will be available on Tuesdays. We expect to start June 16 (June 20 in Fergus Falls), although we’ll let you know by phone as we get closer. We do fill up each year, so please contact either Maree or Ryan to confirm availability after April 1, or with any other questions you may have.
