Meeting Purpose -

Joe Cable briefed that this is a Special Continuance Budget Meeting. This Meeting was to give the Homeowners that were notified by First Class Mail an opportunity to hear and vote on the Budget.

Previous Minutes -

Joe Cable announced that the previous minutes will not be voted on until the next Meeting. Reasons given: this is a Special Meeting and a Quorum was not present.

Budget Clarification -

Budget presented by Matt Spiegelberg (director)

A Motion was Made by Michael Cassel and seconded; to set funds aside from the budget to consult an Attorney with regards to the Green Space Liability. Joe Cable advised the group this Motion will be brought up at the next meeting to be debated and voted. Reason given: a quorum was not present

Vote on 2012 Budget -

5 Budget votes were collected (in person and by Mail)

Adjournment -

Joe Cable stated with no further business, he made a motion to adjourn the meeting. The Motion was seconded and voted in favor to adjourn. The Meeting was adjourned at 6:32pm.
