You can analyze your team’s use of collaboration, identify unwanted security patterns, diagnose configuration problems, and much more. Sign in to the Google Admin console to create user accounts, configure administrator settings for your G Suite services, manage billing, monitor G Suite usage in your domain, see support options, and more. To see reports, from the Admin console Home page, click Reports > Audit log.

Types of repo s
Highlights
Gives you an overview of trends and metrics of your G Suite domain. This includes your team’s use of G Suite services, document visibility for files in Drive, storage space, and basic security metrics.
Aggregate reports
Gives you an overview of domain-level administrative information and trends. They’re best to see high-level trends.
Security
Lets you see if your team is using 2-Step Verification, who’s installing third-party apps on their mobile devices, if documents are being shared outside your domain, and more.
Apps usage activity
Gives you more information about your Gmail and Drive usage, like types of email activity, the number of docs created and shared, and how much Drive storage each team member is using.
Account activity
Offers a master report of the highlights of security and apps usage activity information, which you can use with the audit logs.
Audit
Logs give you information about specific events, like administrator activity, mobile activity, and more.

Create an email ale You can set up email alerts for important events, like when other admins change G Suite apps settings or for suspicious mobile activity or sign-in attempts. 1.
Sign in to the Google Admin console with your G Suite username and password.

Click Reports.

From the sidebar on the left, click Manage alerts.
4.
Toggle the switch to the right of the event to trigger an email alert for that event.
5.
(Optional) To add someone else to the email alerts, click the event, and add the person’s email address in the field.
