During NFIR's PNM meetingheld with the Railway Board on 08fr/09frOctober2015,the Official Side conveyedthat the issueis under examinationin consultationwith DoP&T. In response,the Federationwhile inviting attention of the Board to the correspondence cited under reference,requestedto make special efforts for obtaining DoP&T's approval as the temporary statusCL who got absorbedsubsequentlyare facing lot of hardshipon accountingof non-counting of full temporary status for pensionary and retirement benefits. Federation is however,yet to receivefeedbackaboutthe action takenby the Railway Board. NFIR, therefore,requeststhe Railway Board to kindly get early clearanceof DoP&T.
