Della Grotta practiced law with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington, D.C. from 1978 through 1981 and is a member of the U.S. Tax Court. Della Grotta is actively involved in the community, currently serving on the Board of the Forum for Corporate Directors, where he also served as Chair of the Board for four years. Della Grotta earned his B.A. from University of Southern California, his J.D. from Pepperdine University School of Law and his M.L.T. from Georgetown University.
