Awards, Recognitions, Donations Resolution 51-17 Approve Awards and Donations Mrs. Clark moved, seconded by Ms. Kerman to approve the following donations as presented. Donation from: Mr. and Mrs. Pat Drouhard, Mr. and Mrs. Jim Morris, Mr. and Mrs. Ned Cunningham, and Mr. and Mrs. Terry Roberts to the Cardington Elementary Library Book Fund in the amount of $125 Donation from the Morrow County Cattlemen’s Association to the Cardington FFA in the amount of $75 Donation of $100 cash and cups and napkins for the FFA Banquet from Ag Credit estimated total value of $250. Jennifer Price received a scholarship to study at Colonial Williamsburg this summer. The scholarship award includes $2200 for tuition and educational materials, room and board, and travel to Williamsburg. Donation to the football program from the Athletic Booster’s in the amount of $5,000. Reimbursement is for the cost of football equipment for the 2017 fall season. Donation from the Cardington Farm Association to the FFA in the amount of $7,307 ($5,000 for the banquet, $2,307 for jackets). Resolution 52-17 Approve Monthly Financial Report Mrs. Davis moved, seconded by Mrs. Clark to approve the Financial Report for March as presented. Yeas: Clark, Davis, Kerman, Jones, Ruehrmund. Motion carried. Resolution 53-17 Approve Community School Sponsor Coordinator Position Mrs. Clark moved, seconded by Ms. Kerman to approve the position of Community School Coordinator, exempt .5 fte, paid by the sponsorship fee charged to the Tomorrow Center School. Yeas: Clark, Davis, Kerman, Jones, Ruehrmund. Motion carried. Resolution 54-17 Approve Reimbursement to Athletic Fund for Senior Passes Mr. Jones moved, seconded by Mrs. Clark to approve the reimbursement cost of Senior Passes to be paid to the Athletic account in the amount of $4,317.00.
