2)Should have excellent communication Skills Additional Skills For Member Technical Staff openings - Exposure to programming language / experience in programming language is most desired. Step 1 : Written Test Paper 1 : → General Aptitude Test, contains Arithmetic , General Aptitude and Reasoning questions. → This test is common for all the openings. →Test contains 30 Questions, each carrying one mark. There is no negative
marks. → Duration of the test will be 45 min
Selection Process
Paper 2: →Technical Test, Only for students interested in Member Technical Staff role →Test contains Programming Questions and duration 60 min. →Candidates can write the programing code either in Java or C or C++ or Pseudo code Paper 3: →Additional Test, Only for students who shows interest in other role apart
from Member Technical Staff . →The test procedure will be decided during the selection process , which is based on the role Step 2 : Panel Interview →In panel interview our Hiring Managers will assess the candidates on Problem
Solving, Comprehension, Analytical, Logical thinking areas.. →Panel Interviews will be conducted on the same day for candidates who cleared written test.
Salary
(1) We hire Freshers at 3 Levels in each available positions as, (A)Trainee Level (B)Regular Level and (C)Independent Performer Level. (2)Compensation depends on the level for which candidate selected, it will be as follows, (A)Trainee Level - 2,40,000 PA (B)Regular Level - 3,60,000 PA (C)Independent Performer Level - up to 6,00,000 PA Compensation for selected candidates will be discussed and decided during the selection process based on the above levels and would depend on the candidates performance,skills and knowledge.
