A process that supports individuals and organizations in becoming self-directed

A powerful approach to enhancing performance and building learning organizations
•
A model that helps to convey thinkers from where they are to where they want to be
Location: Calhoun ISD 17111 G Drive North Marshall, MI 49068
Participants will: •
Practice strategies and learn a way of thinking that supports the on-going development of individuals as they become increasingly self-directed and reflective
•
Learn ways to expand and refine knowledge and skills to promote more effective teaching and learning
•
Also learn to establish rapport, create trust, plan, reflect, and develop teacher self-confidence, collaboration, flexibility, awareness and precision
Cost: $250 per person for Barry, Branch and Calhoun participants $800 for out-of-area participants * Fee includes continental breakfast, lunch and materials
Credit: 40 SCECH Hours
Administrators and teacher leaders
In addition, the planning, reflecting and problem-resolving maps and tools of Cognitive Coaching® will be demonstrated and practiced
