Meeting started at 6: 33pm with the Rotary Prayer led by Rtn Nana Adjoo President toasted to the Republic of Ghana 4-way test was recited by all Fellowship songs led by Rtn Kwadwo Koram The object of Rotary read by Rtn Billy

Rotary Information Rotary Information could not be delivered by PN Tony on the topic “Phase one of the RI/USAID collaboration on the Water and Sanitation Project.

1. PR and Fundraising  

The PR and Fundraising director thanked members for the massive attendance and support during the Family Day celebration 30th Anniversary launch. We made 73% attendance at the Family Day celebration.

2. Service Projects GBC bus stop Shed rehabilitation  Work is ongoing and should be completed by Friday 22nd April. The 4 Way Test signage at Ghana National Fire Service Head Quarters.  Preparations being by Brandflow to install by Thursday 21st April Tinkong Health Center – Sanitary Facilities  Prepare were being made to install Polytanks and anchor the main roof to the main building  There were some concerns about the efficiency of the Borehole. This will discussed and decided on by the Board

1. 30th Anniversary Update    

Launched on Saturday with the theme “RRC 30 years of serving humanity” 2 projects (4 way test signage and bus stop shed) will be commissioned on Tuesday 26th April Celebration of the is being planned for Tuesday 26th April The fundraising gala has been rescheduled to 18th June.

IV.

Business of the day: Business Meeting

A panel discussion on the topic “The Ayirebi Experience and Impact” moderated by PN Tony with Easmon and Diana from Ayirabi Hospital.    

Ayirebi is the biggest health center in the district Established in 1992 About 12,000 patients were served last year Challenges before the intervention of RRC1 2 3

Traditional medical practiced were predominant in the community. Only one bed in the delivery ward. No proper storage for drugs

The facility now has most of basic needs that it lacked leading to increase in patronage of the health center
