Join CleanScapes, Boy Scouts, Lock Haven University students, & Twp. Staff in removing man-made debris from roadsides & creekbanks north of Jersey Shore, PA 1. Terrain is mixed-flat, moderate & steeply sloped. 2. Long pants and long sleeved shirts are recommended. Tick/bug spray repellent, gloves, and trash bags provided by CleanScapes. 3. Lunch & refreshments provided to all registered participants. On-site picnic style lunch & refreshments served at 12:30 PM. Driving directions & meeting location will be provided after you register with Clinton County CleanScapes.
Volunteer Cleanup Opportunities 1. Land Support Team. Collect inconsiderately discarded trash & tires, or help load the roll-off dumpsters. Closed toed shoes are mandatory (no bare feet, or sandals). An extra jacket, hat, sunscreen, shoes & socks are highly recommended. Goal: Remove 75+ tires & 2 tons of trash. 2. Photographer. Documenting the event is very important & fun! Bring your camera & take photographs or short video clips of the volunteers in action. Email the photos/video to CleanScapes. Registration is requested by 12 noon, April 26.
