Catholic Community Services Program/Service Description: Crisis Stabilization Services short-term (up to 90 days) community-based alternative to psychiatric hospitalization Target Population: Families with children in acute crisis/Must meet Medicaid or WA poverty guidelines to be eligible Program/Service Description: Wraparound Intensive Community Based Services. Care Coordinators facilitate a child and family team that collaborates to individualize and tailor a plan of care based on the family’s needs.
