This office hereby directs all schools in the elementary level to submit the number of non-readers for SY 2014 -2015 to your respective cluster coordinator for consolidation. Cluster consolidated reports must be forwarded to the Division Office by Tuesday, November 17, 2015. It is expected that valid and accurate report will be submitted to this office which will be the basis for the Reading Program of the Division. Likewise, each school is also advised to submit names of two (2) Grade 1 and two (2) Grade 2 competent and best teachers. For your information and strict compliance.
