REGULAR AGENDA Deputy Mayor Manthou moved to authorize the payment of $200,000 for payment of underlying security interests in the Robblee property which together with the $2,300,000.00 previously authorized by the City Council on January 8, 2008, constitutes the City’s full and final settlement of all issues pertaining to the acquisition of the property sought by the City in Tacoma v. Kenneth Robblee, et al., Pierce County Superior Court Cause No. 07-2-11489-6. Seconded by Council Member Talbert. Voice vote was taken and carried. The motion was adopted.

RESOLUTIONS Resolution No. 37370 ( 53) Amending Resolution No. 37055 by increasing the amount payable under an existing agreement with TT International, in the amount of $3,000,000, for a cumulative total of $3,522,000, budgeted from the Retirement Fund, for investment management services to include performance-based fees for the period of January 1, 2007, through December 31, 2009. Ayes:

Resolution No. 37371 ( 58) Authorizing the execution of an agreement with Metropolitan West Asset Management, LLC, in the amount of $599,000 for the first year, $632,000 for the second year, and $635,000 for the third year, for a cumulative total of $1,866,000, budgeted from the Retirement Fund, for investment management services for the period of April 1, 2008, through March 31, 2011.
