South perimeter fence was cut.

R/P (Representative for business) stated that their storage yard was locked and intact at 4:30pm on 10/26/2015. Upon returning to the storage yard the following morning at 10:00am the south side perimeter fence was found cut. R/P advised that several tools were taken and possibly several bundles of Wall Studs.

No forced entry. Building is under renovations and still open at sections.

R/P called and reported that he witnessed 4 suspects in the building via CCTV cameras that he was monitoring over the internet. Numerous officers responded to the location and found that the building was undergoing major renovations and was not secure. All of the subjects had hoodies on covering up their faces. R/P states that after speaking to all the construction crews and surveying the construction building further, it was determined that several drywall tools were stolen from the jobsite.

The metal gate on front door had been cut open and the inner glass door was smashed out.

Officers responded to B&E Alarm at the Gas Station on 8 Mile Rd. (Alarm Trip @ 4:08am) As Officers were responding a citizen called and reported seeing two suspicious B/M wearing scarves and hoodies walking around the business. Officers arrived on scene and discovered Good B&E. The metal gate on front door had been cut open and the inner glass door was smashed out. The suspects were gone prior to Officers arrival. It didn’t appear that suspect(s) were able to gain entry to the office area. The owner showed up and advised nothing was missing from the business. Video surveillance confirmed there were two suspects in hoodies tampering with a wire in back of the building. One of the suspects was wearing what looked to be a large backpack on their back.

Victim stated she was gone between 3:30pm- 7:30pm on 10/26/2015. Victim arrived home and noticed the jewelry was missing from her dresser. Victim stated she wore the jewelry yesterday. There are no signs of forced entry. The residence was not disturbed. Nothing else was taken besides the jewelry.

Attempt Only on window adjacent to entry door.

Victim stated that she had returned home at 8:00am to find the front (west side) window, adjacent to the entry door screen moved. The window(s) were locked and no entry to the residence had been made.

Entry into residence was through east side bedroom window.

There was an alarm at the residence at 11:49am. The alarm was canceled by the resident at 11:56am with no police response. Victim states he was notified by his alarm company of the alarm and had them cancel police response since Status S - Stolen he was returning home soon. Manufacturer CHRYSLER Victim states when he returned home he discovered Model his garage door open and his Chrysler 300 C missing 300 Color from the garage. BRO - Brown Vehicle Year Victim entered and inspected his home prior to Police 2011 Body Style State arrival and discovered that both sets of vehicle keys to MI his 300 C were missing. Notes Taken W/ Keys Victim also states that he is missing some coin cash. Vehicle was On October 31, 2015 @ 3:51am it was reported to our recovered. Department that the vehicle had been recovered in All Four Wheels & Detroit by DPD. Tires were missing All Four Wheels & Tires were missing from the vehicle. from the vehicle. No further information at this time.

Front door lock was pried open.

Residence was vacant due to a recent fire. Contractors were at the residence working and advise that sometime between 6:00pm and the following morning when they returned at 9:00am someone pried the front door lock, gained entry into the residence and stole all the copper piping from the basement. Suspects also stole copper from the sprinkler line and the meter box outside the house causing the home not to have power.

Victim advises sometime between 12:00am- 9:30am someone broke into residence by braking out a rear window. Brand new kitchen appliances were stolen: (Fridge/Oven/Microwave/Stove). Vacant home being remodeled.

Victim stated that over the course of two days his cell phone and a checkbook were taken from his apartment. Victim states that there were no signs of forced entry and he believes that an employee of the building who has access to keys is the suspect.

Officers were on routine patrol at the Motel when they observed a vehicle driving recklessly, almost hit patrol vehicle as it left the lot out onto Telegraph Rd. Officers pursued the vehicle and caught up to the vehicle at 9 Mile & Telegraph. Officers activated their lights & siren and attempted to stop vehicle. The vehicle made a prohibited turn onto E/B 9 Mile Rd. and began fleeing from Officers. The vehicle continued to flee from Officers until it got to Berg Rd, lost control and hit the curb and ended up on the lawn in the 23000 Block of Nine Mile Rd. At that time the driver placed his hands outside the driver’s window and was taken into custody. It was later discovered that the vehicle was reported stolen out of Farm. Hills PD. Vehicle was taken from Ford Dealership in that jurisdiction during a test drive that was never returned. Suspect arrested was listed as the suspect that took the vehicle.

Investigation revealed that sometime between 10/29/2015 @9:00pm and the following day 10/30/2015 @ 2:00pm someone stole victim’s vehicle from his driveway on Nadol St. It was reported to our Department on November 1, 2015 around 4:08pm that the vehicle was recovered in Detroit by DPD. No further information at this time.

All Four Wheels & Tires were taken from 2016 Dodge Challenger.

Witness stated that he observed the suspect around the attacked vehicle as he was driving through the lot. The suspect observed witness and removed his jack from under the attacked vehicle and threw it into the suspect vehicle, and fled through the lot out to Beck Rd, then continued to S/B Northwestern. Witness contacted the Police and attempted to follow the suspect but lost him near the 696 interchange. Witness was able to obtain the suspect vehicle plate and gave it to Police. The suspect vehicle was a 2011 White Impala 4-dr. The vehicle registers out of a neighbor community and incident is under investigation.

Purse with contents was taken from 2008 Ford Edge.

Victim stated she parked her 2008 Ford Edge in the parking lot of Fitness Center at 1:30pm. Victim returned to her vehicle at 3:30pm and discovered the rear window was shattered. Victim checked the passenger compartment and discovered her purse was missing.

Victim stated she had just returned home and was taking items from the truck into the house. Victim was returning to get some more items from the truck when she saw a subject running away from the truck with her Tonneau cover. No further description of suspect. K-9 found no evidence of anyone running in any direction from the truck or driveway where the truck was parked in? Victim states sometime between 1:30am8:00am someone took her Laptop & Case from 2012 Ford Fusion. Victim advises sometime between 11:30pm and the following morning at 5:50pm someone took All Four Wheels & Tires from victims 2016 Lincoln MKX.

All Four Wheels & Tires were taken from 2015 Chrysler 300.

Victim parked vehicle in carport at location at 10:00pm. Victim returned to the vehicle at 8:15am and discovered All Four Wheels & Tires were taken from 2015 Chrysler 300.

Wallet with contents was taken from 2006 Toyota Sienna.

Victim stated her wallet was stolen out of her vehicle on Wednesday October 28, 2015 sometime between 11:00am & 12:00pm. Entry was gained through an unlocked door. No suspect information.

Victim states sometime between 7:00pm and the following morning at 10:00am someone took All Four Wheels & Tires from his 2008 Chevy Impala.

Attempted to take victims Victim stated he was exiting school after cell phone from his dropping off his daughter when he observed the vehicle. suspect closing his gas cap door on his vehicle and then proceed to enter the vehicle through the unlocked driver’s front door and grab the R/P's cell phone. Suspect is an ex-girlfriend of victim. When victim asked suspect what she was doing she dropped victim’s cell phone and left the scene. Further investigation by victim may have revealed remnants of a candy bar that was put into the gas tank. Suspect has been identified and incident is under investigation.

Apple I Pad and Handgun were taken from victims 2010 Ford Escape.

Victim states sometime between 7:00pm – 8:30am someone gained entry into victim’s vehicle and took items including a handgun.

Victim stated he parked his 2004 Volkswagen Beetle in the parking lot of the Retail Store at 1:30pm and returned to his vehicle at 2:30pm and discovered his license plate had been stolen off of the back of his vehicle. The plate was a Michigan Combat Wounded Purple Heart Plate.

On 10/28/2015 Two Dealer License Plates were discovered missing. It’s believed that the plates were taken sometime over the night. The plates were on Chrysler 300 Demo Vehicles that were parked out in front of dealership.

Victim advises he parked his 2008 Dodge Ram P.U. in his carport at 5:00pm. The following morning at 6:00am victim returned to his vehicle and discovered his License Plate had been stolen from vehicle. Victim stated the license plate was stolen off his vehicle sometime between Monday October 26, 2015@ 10:00am & Saturday October 31, 2015 @12:00pm. Plate was taken from Unknown Model 2000 Dodge. No suspect information.

Officers were dispatched to Apartment Complex for a suspicious vehicle. Officers discovered a Ford Edge with All Four Wheels and Tires missing. The vehicle was sitting on blocks.

Officers responded to Trouble with a Subject in the lobby at Hotel. All Four Wheels & Tires were taken from 2016 Dodge Officer’s investigation determined that it was a civil matter between the citizen and the hotel. Challenger. Witness was able to obtain the suspect vehicle plate The citizen refused to accept this and when advised to leave she refused. The citizen was then advised that she would be arrested for and gave it to the Police. Trespassing if she continued to refuse to leave. The suspect vehicle was a 2011 White Impala 4-dr. The citizen continued to refuse and was now becoming Disorderly. Vehicle registers in a nearby community. When Officers advised citizen that she was under arrest for Trespassing/ Disorderly and attempted to take her into custody she resisted Officers. Officers used the necessary force and took subject into custody. After bonding out of jail suspect made numerous calls to the staff at Hotel making threats to harm them. That incident is now under investigation.

10/30/2015 10:28pm W Eight Mile Rd. & Southfield Rd. Officer stopped vehicle for Expired Plates. Two subjects that were in the vehicle were identified. There was a strong odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle. Additional Officers stopped to assist. Both subjects were run through lein. The passenger had Felony Warrant for Possession of a Firearm. The warrant was confirmed and the passenger was taken into custody. Officers searched the passenger and recovered suspected marijuana from his person. Officers searched the vehicle and recovered a baggie of suspected Cocaine in the center console. The driver was taken into custody as well for PWID Cocaine.

Possession of Opium/ Possession of Marijuana/ DWLS3- Arrests 10/31/2015 9:28pm Officer stopped vehicle for No Plates. Investigation revealed that the vehicle had a Fraudulent Temp Tag. (photo copy) There were three occupants in the vehicle. The driver couldn’t produce a valid Driver’s License and was arrested for DWLS. Further investigation led to the arrest of one passenger for Possession of Marijuana and the driver (owner of vehicle) for Possession of Generic Brand of Prescription Vicodin.

CCW (Stun Gun) & No Driver’s License-

1- Arrest

10/31/2015 11:36pm Telegraph Rd. & Swanson Rd. Officer located a disabled vehicle with its hazards activated in the turnaround at Swanson & Telegraph. The vehicle was unoccupied but soon thereafter a female was observed walking up to the vehicle. Investigation revealed that the vehicle hit the curb, was partially off the roadway and had a flat tire. The driver of the vehicle at first made up a story that someone else was driving the car but eventually admitted to Officer that she was driving the car. It was discovered that the driver of the vehicle didn’t have a valid driver’s license, never applied. The driver was taken into custody for No License. While completing the inventory search of the vehicle Officer found an operable Stun Gun in the driver’s side door. The driver of the vehicle admitted that the stun gun was hers.

OWI III-

1- Arrest

Southfield & Edwards Officer was dispatched to a traffic crash at location. Upon arrival, Officer determined that one of the drivers involved in the crash was intoxicated. An OWI investigation was conducted and the subject was arrested for OWI III.

OWI II-

1- Arrest

Ten Mile & Lahser Rd. Officer was dispatched to area on a slumped subject found by a Southfield Fire Unit. Upon arrival it was apparent that the driver had been consuming intoxicants. An OWI investigation was conducted and the driver was arrested for OWI II.

F/A with Motor Vehicle-

1- Arrest

20000 Block of Westover 8:57am Construction workers were in the area when a male and female drove up having a physical altercation. The workers intervened and separated the two. The female left in another vehicle and the male suspect got back in his vehicle and sped in the direction of one of the workers who had to jump out of the way to avoid being struck by the suspect. The suspect was located and arrested for Felonious Assault with a Motor Vehicle.

OWI-

1- Arrest

27000 Block of Arlington Officer was dispatched on a slumped subject. After completing an investigation the subject was found to be intoxicated and arrested for OWI.

Attempt R/A’s-

2- Warrants Issued.

1) Pharmacy 21000 Block of Eleven Mile Rd. 2) Pharmacy 28000 Block of Greenfield Rd. At approx. 9:38am on 10/13/2015 two (2) Attempt Robberies occurred within a short period of time at both Pharmacies’. In both incidents the same W/F suspect presented a handwritten letter to the cashier indicating armed accomplices within the store. The note demanded money and scratch off lottery tickets. The note also read that the cashier would be shot if she did not comply. Investigation by Officers and Detectives led to a suspect being developed and warrants being issued.
