Check list for upgradation of Speednet 4.4 Update 1 Check item Yes / No a. Pre-checks 1. Whether the existing Speed Net Client Version is 4.4 Released on 20.03.2016. 2. Whether the required files have been downloaded from ftp 3. Whether full backup of existing databases (i.e., POSPCC and POSPCCBACKUP) has been taken 4. Whether SpeedNet client application and Speednet Communication application are stopped in all the client machines 5. Whether database has been upgraded with SP_V441_POSPCC07062016.exl file 6. Whether database has been upgraded with SP_V441_POSPCCBACKUP07062016.exl file 7. Whether database has been upgraded with ECounter09052016.exl file where epayment is enabled 8. Whether SpeedoneUpdater.exe has been executed through the option “Run as Administrator” and the option Replace DLLs n EXE has been used 9. Whether SpeedoneUpdater.exe has been executed with the option “Run as Administrator” and the option Replace Speed net Communication EXE has been used 10. Whether BNPLDataCorrection.exe has been copied and executed with the option “Run as Administrator” 11. Whether CollectionAgent.EXE has been copied and executed where Collection Agent Module is functioning b. Post – Checks 1. Whether entries available in the log files have been checked to see that the upgradation is error free 2. Check whether the version information shows “speednet 4.4 update- 1” on the login screen, operator / supervisor screen and About screen 3. Check whether Speednet Communication show the version information as speednet 4.4 update-1 in the main screen 4. In case version information is not proper follow the instructions provided under Known issues at (iv) 5. Check the tax values configured under Supervisor --> Bulk Customers --> Configuration --> Miscellaneous --> Service Tax' screen. The values should be displayed as : Service Tax - 14%; Edn. Cess - 0%; SB Cess - 0.5%; KK Cess - 0.5%; Effective Date - 01.06.2016.
