NOTIFICATION FOR CONTRACTUAL ENGAGEMENT TO THE POST OF CLERK-OF-WORKS No: 07 of 2017 Dated: 22.06.2017 Applications on the prescribed form, on behalf of M/s C.P. Kukreja Architects, New Delhi are invited from the eligible candidates for engagement to the post of Clerk-of-Works on short term contract basis. The details of essential qualifications, salary & other requirements are as under: 1. Essential Qualification

: Degree in Civil Engineering with at-least 5 years of working experience or Diploma in Civil Engineering with at-least 10 years of working experience

Essentially shall have thorough knowledge of RCC structures, Steel Structures fabrication & erection/ desirable experience in execution of external developmental works like roads, sewage/storm water disposal, and water supply. Good knowledge of reading the “Good for Construction” Drawings at site for Architectural and structural / electrical / HVAC works. Candidates with knowledge of services like Electrical, Mechanical and HVAC will be preferred.

Kukreja, New Delhi and the selected candidate shall have no claim whatsoever on Central University of Kashmir. 4. The initial period of engagement may be extended at the discretion of University/Architect and the selected candidate shall have no right in this regard. 5. The engagement can be terminated by the University at any time during the tenure of the contract without any notice to incumbent. 6. The selection to the posts will be made on the basis of the performance of the candidate in the Skill test/Interview and/or any other mechanism to be decided by the University. 7. Applications not accompanied by necessary supporting documents, self attested copies of degree certificates/ marks sheets/experience certificate issued by the competent authority, shall be rejected summarily. 8.
