Problem ideeli had no trust in their current asynchronous Google Analytics implementation across all devices: desktop site, mobile site, iOS app and Android app. They needed understanding of the customer journey across devices, i.e. the ability to attribute sales correctly to devices, understanding of how customers interact with the website, what do they look at vs buy; views on product aﬃnity, etc.
Process Delve Partners began by interviewing ideeli’s CEO, CTO, CFO, Director of Merch, Director of Marketing/Acq/Retention, Director of UX, and Director of Operations to understand what needed to be tracked to make GA useful to them.
