It’s aim is to be a well-known and more importantly well-trusted brand in Germany.

Robert Ermich, CEO LeROI enabled us to become a more data driven company. This allowed us to make better marketing budget allocation and product optimization decisions. We’re also saving a lot of money and resources with duplicate affiliate partner commission now.

BUSINESS CHALLENGES  DeinHandy needed to be sure, that their new online shop has a positive impact on the conversion rate and sales performance. They were looking for the best marketing plan for their site relaunch. Which channels bring in new visitors? Which channels assists in conversions? Which lead to direct sales?  DeinHandy wanted to enhance the information about customer behavior in the shop. Additionally, DeinHandy was unsure about the reliability of their collected data.  As DeinHandy cooperates with several different affiliate partners, duplicate commissions for affiliate partners cut their margin significantly. Since every affiliate partner has it’s own conversion tracking, there’s a lot of external code to implement on the website.

OW WE WE HELPED HOW HELPED  We created a reliable data collection infrastructure as well as filtered out all internal and spam traffic using our Google Analytics best practice configuration.  The right mapping of marketing channels is the foundation for basic traffic analysis, multichannel analysis and attribution modelling. We introduced a custom channel grouping and UTM URL tagging as a company wide process.

 We introduced Google Tag Manager to centralize all tracking codes into one place. We used Google Tag Manager‘s Datalayer to enhance Google Analytics‘ tracking data with custom dimensions, metrics and events. Also we built a de-duplicate logic to avoid duplicate affiliate commisions.
