WELCOME! KSKZ is happy to welcome you to our training venue! We hope you will enjoy our accommodation, the water and our town. We have the ideal training venue for you with a nice stretch of 5km flat water, sleeping arrangements next to the canal, a brand new fitness room and delicious catering. For your stay we ask €8 per person per night (with a minimum of 15 persons or a total of €120 per night). We charge the cost for use of water and energy with a flat fee of €25 per day during the period from October the first until the end of February and €15 per day from March the first until the end of September. The cleaning fee is set on €50 per stay. All prices include VAT and all other taxes. Because of safety regulations we can't allow you to cook in our buildings. You have the choice to go out for meals or to order catering arranged by our club.

You are responsible for receiving the catering and for returning everything to the caterer at the next meal.
RULES AND REGULATIONS According to the saying "good agreements make good friends", we first want to put a number of things straight:
We want the group leader to know where the firefighting equipment is and want him to ensure that each emergency exit will remain open and accessible. All costs of every unnecessary use of the fire alarm or firefighting equipment will be borne by the tenant.
You can't turn on any music outside, but you can play music inside if you close all doors and windows.
Pets are not allowed.
Don't forget to take a mattress cover, sleeping bag or duvet and washing products.
The club buildings remain under the supervision of the club managers. Mutual understanding leads to good cooperation.
When the club manager determines that the tenant is throwing a party or is organizing an other non-sport related activity, he is authorized to deny access to the club buildings for the rest of the stay.
Before entering the club buildings every room will be checked with an inventory. You have to report all noted damage to the club managers immediately .
The last day of your stay the rooms and all material will be checked again. The rooms and the venue should be clean.
Please hand a list of all persons (name, address and date of birth) to the club manager at arrival.
Please respect the hours of arrival and departure as mentioned in the contract.
Please don't exceed the maximum capacity. If you do, you can be denied access or can be charged an extra fee.
Please be careful when you use our fitness room. We charge a caution fee of €500 per stay. Of course, if you don't damage anything, you get it all back!
Please don't use our boats or paddles. If you need anything, please contact one of the club managers.
DESCRIPTION OF THE TRAINING VENUE SLEEPING ARRANGMENTS The sleeping attic has a capacity of 45 beds. The room is divided into two areas by a mezzanine so that men and women can sleep separately. There are 45 beds, 45 chairs and two drying racks. There is one dressing room and one toilet in the room itself.
BAR AND TERRACE The bar area is located on the first floor. In this room there is a bar, but you can't take drinks out of these fridges. There are six large tables, 8 bar stools, 48 seats, one radio and one television set. A large sliding door provides access to a terrace overlooking the water. On Sundays you have to share the bar area with the club between 9h and 13h. This means that the area is accessible to club members of KSKZ.
KITCHEN The kitchen is next to the bar and contains a dishwasher, a sink, two cutting tables, 2 microwave ovens, plates and cutlery. The cooking stove, oven and fryer must not be used.
CHANGING ROOMS AND SHOWERS We offer separate changing rooms and showers for men and women. In each room there is also a wash stand.
TOILETS The separate toilets for men and women are located on the ground floor. There are 3 ladies toilets, three gents and three urinals.
FITNESS ROOM The fitness room is located on the ground floor and equipped with all material a paddler needs.
PARKING There is ample parking space at the OC De Brug where our club is located. There is parking space provided under the bridge as well as on the large courtyard. Along the canal side, however, it is forbidden to park cars.
CANAL BOSSUIT-KORTRIJK Between the lock in de Deerlijkstraat and the one Moen is a stretch of flat water, 47m wide and 5km long. This is an ideal setting to (learn to) paddle!
