CANDIDATE INFORMATION Candidates must be a Third Degree member in good standing with the Knights of Columbus. The Exemplification Fee is $70.00. The Candidate will receive an Initiation Package which includes the initiation fee, registration fee, Fourth Degree lapel pin, and a Saturday banquet ticket. The exemplification Fee for a priest, deacon and/or seminarian is $30.00. The Candidate may purchase the optional sword package for an additional $200.00, which includes an etched sword, scabbard, carrying case and service baldric. Non-regular size service baldrics are an additional $5.00.

Priests and Transitional Deacons should wear clerical attire. Candidates currently on active Military duty, may wear their Class A dress uniform. Candidates will not be allowed to participate in the Exemplification without the above-mentioned proper dress. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS. Exemplification Banquet - Candidates are guests of the Master and will receive one Saturday banquet ticket if noted on the registration form. Candidates must purchase additional banquet tickets for their family and guests in advance through his new assembly. Tickets will be distributed during registration.

The Candidate’s Council Financial Secretary must complete and sign Section 7 of the Form 4 to verify that the candidate is a Third Degree member in good standing, and his First Degree date and Membership Number are correct. The Assembly Comptroller shall make sure all Form 4’s are properly completed, then forwarded with the Exemplification Package/Advance Meal Ticket Forms to the District Comptroller SK Randy Czaplewski.
