Route 671 from Croydon to Chirnside Park Shopping Centre: Departs from the terminus at Croydon Railway Station and runs via Railway Grove, Lacey Street, Windsor Road, Coolstore Road, Railway Crescent, Croydon Road, Maroondah Highway, Exeter Road, Lyons Road and Brushy Park Road to the stockyards at Black Springs Road. It then returns via Brushy Park Road, Lyons and Exeter Roads to Maroondah Highway then via Maroondah Highway and Black Springs Road to the terminus at Chirnside Park Shopping Centre.

Route 671 from Chirnside Park Shopping Centre to Croydon: Departs from the terminus at Chirnside Park Shopping Centre and runs via Viewpoint Drive, Edward Road and Maroondah Highway then via the reverse of the route described above to the terminus at Croydon Railway Station.
