« Students of 3 years and 5 year law degree courses from any University are eligible to apply for registration of their team. « Each team shall consist only of three members, comprising of two speakers and one researcher. « Participating teams should register themselves by sending duly filled registration fee Rs. 1000/- per team and memorials by email to [email protected] and by post to Ideal Institute of Management and Technology & School of Law, 16-X, Karkardooma Institutional Area, Delhi - 110092 before 10th March, 2017. Acknowledgment of the same shall be sent by the Moot court Committee till 15th March, 2017. « Teams have to prepare memorials for both the sides and have to submit 8 hard copies and one soft according to the rules mentioned in the Rules and Regulations and to be submitted by 20th March 2017 either by post or by hand. « The Competition shall be held in English Language. « The result announced by the judges shall be final and binding. « There will be penalties for the violations of the rules. « The Organizing Committee shall have sole discretion to assess penalties or to disqualify teams for failure to abide by any of the foregoing Rules. Sh. Rakesh Aggarwal in whose memory the National Law Debate Competition is organized every year, was a person of great vision and wisdom and realized his objectives in educating the society – a divine performance. To effectuate this pious karma, he established this Institution and put forth his vision by providing a platform to impart education for all. His personality was multi faceted spreading in political and socio-cultural dimensions. His object was not confined to establish the educational Institutions, but went beyond those horizons culminating into real world which was seen in the appreciation and various honours given to him on numerous occasions from various organizations. We all take inspiration from the works done by him for the Society in his lifetime.

ABOUT THE MOOT COURT The Rakesh Aggarwal Memorial National Moot Court Competition is a competition organized annually by IIMT & School of Law on contemporary issues of legal significance.
