We're looking for a dynamic, creative and driven marketing evangelist to help our direct-selling business flourish by empowering our dealers to sell and recruit more dealers and customers. The National Branch Marketing Executive will:
Lead in implementation, monitoring and evaluation of all dealer activities for HN branches nationwide. Increase dealer activity through shopper loyalty and engagement programs Help in strategizing and planning, working together with branch team and brand marketing team. Coordinate and manage communications with branch partners. Negotiate and partner with different organizations. Guide branches in partnerships. Do customer and market analysis to help guide strategy and validate marketing ideas. Roll-out recruitment campaigns to increase dealer count
Job Requirements
Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent. Non degree holders with impressive related experience and accomplishments are welcome to apply. At least 3 years of working experience in the related field (marketing for direct-selling) is required for this position. With above average oral and written communications skills. Must have excellent presentation and negotiations skills. Thinks out of the box and optimizes use of resources. Achieves results with integrity. Strong desire to use your skills to benefit the country and consumers. An interest in natural personal care products will help. Loves the Philippines!
