2015 BSP NATIONAL RAFFLE

The National Executive Board approved the conduct of the 2014 National Raffle Draw on 11 December 2015 at the BSP National Office, Manila.

2. Hereunder are the features of this year's raffle: a. Each booklet contains (10) tickets at Php20.00 each or total of Php200.00 per booklet. b. Each ticket has a stub where the names of the donor and solicitor shall be legibly written for proper identification. c. Ping-pong balls will be used in drawing the winning numbers. Three (3) major gifts and twenty seven (27) will be given away as follows:

Lucky donors will claim their gifts at the National Office, Boy Scouts of the Philippines. Local Councils shall assist the lucky donors in claiming their gifts.

SUBJECT : 2015 BSP NATIONAL RAFFLE 1.

The National Executive Board in its meeting held 18 April 2015 approved the holding of the 2015 National Raffle. Drawing of winning numbers will be held on 11 December 2015 at the BSP National Office, Manila.

2.

Hereunder are the features of this year's raffle: a.

Each ticket has its exclusive number and holds the chance of winning the whole cash gift. Each ticket will cost P20.00, and each booklet contains ten (10) tickets or a total of P200.00 per booklet.

b.

Each ticket has a stub where the names of the donor and solicitor shall be legibly written for proper identification.

c.

Ping-Pong balls will be used in drawing the winning numbers. Three (3) major gifts and twenty seven (27) consolation gifts will be given away, as follows: I.

The solicitor of each lucky winning ticket will be entitled to a modest gift of ten percent (10%) of the corresponding gift. 3.

Proceeds will be distributed and shared as follows: I. Local Council Share - 70%

) 20% Seller's share ) 40% Local Council for Operations & Admin ) 10% Incentive to be shared by RO (3%) LCO (7%) Execut4ve and Staff

Note: Local Council will apportioned the 10% Incentive as follows: (1) 7% to Local Council Executive and Staff (2) 3% to Region Director and Staff. II. National Office Share - 30%

For the allocation of 2015 raffle tickets, please accomplish the attached confirmation slip and return the same to National Office do Mr. Jerry B. Rubrico, Fund Campaign In-Charge, Economic Enterprise Division on or before 15 May 2015.

All local councils are hereby enjoined to participate in this undertaking.
